Born in Buffalo, N.Y. these identical twins knew from the age of 2 that they wanted to be singers. Their first band was "Gypsy Queen" with whom they sang all over the world including Italy, Finland, England and the former Soviet Union (first female-fronted American band to ever perform there right before the wall came down). Their first record was produced by Jack Douglas (Cheap Trick, Aerosmith, John Lennon) and worked with Beatle's producer George Martin. They later signed another record deal under the name of "Cell Mates". Paula sang the "Smelly Cat" song on "Friends". As well as numerous appearances in T.V. and radio the twins can also be seen in the upcoming movie "Banking on Love" in which they play 2 wild and trampy twins. "It's always about making the audience happy and doing art just to satisfy yourself" is their motto and "That's why we're pleased to be working with such a talented and fun cast in "Sunday Night at Kirby's". |
